What’s your return policy?

Return any of our products–no questions asked–we will remake it, replace it, or refund it until you are happy at no cost.  Charges may result if a result of misapplication, abuse or over a couple years old.

Do you have customer service?

This is a small shop so I check messages as time permits.  Feel free to contact me via email, text, phone or message Tom Nealey on Facebook messenger.

How do I order?

Contact me with the details of what you are wanting.  I will work with you on the details, confirm it in writing with a price and a timetable.

How do I pay?

Saddles and Roman Riding Pads will require a down payment – usually $1000 with balance due upon completion. I do take personal checks and PayPal.  I will let you know when smaller items are completed and request payment prior to shipping.
